In the interim, here are a few favorite pastime activities of which I may easily copy/paste to the "First Date" field.
1) Cruising.
When I have free time, I love relaxing on the balcony of my cruise stateroom in the evening with a favorite drink and good company, while watching the sunset. 2) I enjoy the same experience in the morning, sipping hot coffee on the balcony as the sun rises. However, I often wake up too late to catch the sunrise, so I simply enjoy my coffee and room service on the balcony instead.
3) Watching movies
Whether in or out—a favorite pastime is watching movies of most any genre (drama, comedy, romance, crime, psychological thrillers, mysteries, action/adventure, etc. etc. Exceptions to the rule: I do not enjoy slasher / slice 'em & dice 'em type movies.
I love the escapism from everyday life, immersing myself in another world through film. 4) Playing board, tile or card games. 5) Cooking/baking when the mood strikes. 6) Container Gardening (if I can just keep the annoying gnats away!) 7) Working a jigsaw puzzle. And with most all activities (except movie watching) I enjoy music.
As mentioned, I'm brand new here. If I stay, more will follow.
